Shipping policy

All shipping is processed in 3 to 5 business days of the order being placed. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Please note: transit days are an estimate only, and may vary depending on the carrier.  Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address.

International shipping is considered depending on the country. If you are outside of the United States, please contact us for details. Orphan Ten is not responsible for any international customs fees.

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.

Orphan Ten is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or carrier customer center to remedy the situation. In these instances, Orphan Ten is not able to freely replace or refund the items, but we will do our best to assist you in sorting out the situation with the carrier. This can, in some instances, take a few days to a few weeks.  Once a package is tendered to the carrier, many factors are out of our control. If a package is marked as delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing.

 

Returns

All returns must be pre-approved by Orphan Ten. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at orphanten@gmail.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number to be included in your return package.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.

If you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery for items that are returned in new, unused condition in their original package, with a copy of your receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions. 

Online purchases may not be returned at the Orphan Ten pottery studio. 


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orphanten@gmail.com. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Gift certificates are non-returnable.
