Ursa Minor

Handmade, wheel-thrown icy blue crackle glazed bowl on stoneware. Faint lavender blushing on the exterior.

Ursa Minor is Latin for 'lesser bear' and inspired by the constellation in the northern sky. Ursa Minor has traditionally been important for navigation particularly by mariners, because of Polaris being the North Star.

The perfect heavy vessel for preventing wine stains on your tablecloth or as a bowl for chips.  Sorry, the pomegranate and wine bottle are not included.

Ceramic dimensions approximately 3" H x 5.25" W.
