Handbuild icy blue, matte white, dove gray, and midnight large statement vase on stoneware with lavender blushing. Angular shape. The design is created when the glazes melt into an irregular pattern in the gas kiln - making it truly one-of-a-kind.

Tarvos is one of the four known members of the Gallic group of Saturn's 82 moons. It was named for a bull with three cranes and a tree in Celtic mythology. The narrative behind this imagery is lost to antiquity, but it has been hypothesized that the tree represents the cycle of life, the birds are spirits released when life has ended, and the bull represents the vigor and potency that keeps the cycle spinning.

Angular three-tier shape with a weighted base for a variety of long stems, flowers, or decor. Donuts for scale.

Ceramic dimensions approximately 7.5" H x 7.5" W. Shipping is only available via UPS or local studio pickup.
