Handbuilt icy blue, matte white, midnight, and cobalt plate on reclaimed stoneware with magnetite freckles. The design is created when the glazes melt into an irregular pattern in the gas kiln - making it truly one-of-a-kind.

The Quadrantids, which peak during early-January each year, are considered to be one of the best annual meteor showers.

Magnetite is a rock mineral and one of the main iron ores, with the chemical formula Fe3O4. It is one of the oxides of iron and is ferrimagnetic (it is attracted to a magnet and can be magnetized to become a permanent magnet itself). It is the most magnetic of all the naturally occurring minerals on Earth and has many positive energetic properties as a crystal.

The perfect vessel for a side dish, appetizer, or decor. Donuts for scale.

Ceramic dimensions approximately 0.75" H x 10" W.
