Handmade icy blue and matte white large bowl on stoneware with a gray, chocolate, and magnetite exterior. The design is created when the glazes melt into an irregular pattern in the gas kiln - making it truly one-of-a-kind.
Magnetite is a rock mineral and one of the main iron ores. It is one of the oxides of iron and is ferrimagnetic (it is attracted to a magnet and can be magnetized to become a permanent magnet itself). It is the most magnetic of all the naturally occurring minerals on Earth and has many positive energetic properties as a crystal.
